Prices
1a) All prices quoted are in Singapore dollars.
1b) All prices are given as our best price.
Order Confirmation
2) Order is finalised once Order Confirmation Note has been issued.
Delivery
Delivery:
3a) Delivery is free for purchases above SGD100.00.
Courier Services:
3b) Delivery by Courier can be arranged at customer's request regardless of purchase amount.
No P.O. Box address.
3c) Courier service shall be engaged for Overseas orders. No P.O. Box address.
3d) Courier delivery charges shall be borne by customers.
Collection Point:
3e) Arrangement can be made to pick up purchases at our stipulated Collection Point at selected MRT
stations.
3f) No charges will be imposed for purchases picked up at our stipulated Collection Point.
3g) Changes in the arranged Collection Time will be entertained only at least 2hrs ahead.
4a) Cancellation is strictly not allowed once Order Confirmation Note has been sent.
4b) Payment will be refunded only in event of stock unavailability.
4c) faithtree.com.sg reserves the right to reject any order deem fit.
5a) All sales are final and goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
5b) For overseas delivery, we are not liable for any losses or damages incurred due to shipping.
Enquiries shall be directed to shipping company engaged.
5c) Exchanges are possible only for manufacturer defects or damages, after verification and
confirmation with manufacturer. Faith Tree is not liable for damages of any form due to delivery and consumer use.
5d) Any defects or damages shall be reported within 7 days upon receipt of goods. Thereafter,
exchange request will not be entertained.
5e) For exchange of purchases due to manufacturer's defects or damages, kindly retain original
packaging and invoice.
